Yes! The Messages tab allows you to send and receive SMS messages using your virtual number. All messages are stored in the app.

You'll receive notifications as you approach your limit. Once exceeded, outbound calling will be restricted until your next billing cycle or you can upgrade to a higher plan.
You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can request a refund through your app store within their refund window.

Missed calls automatically go to voicemail. You can record a custom greeting, and voicemails are transcribed automatically. Access them in the Voicemail tab.
